The Company
Charter Communications is an American telecom company serving more than 30 million customers through its Spectrum branded TV, internet, and phone services. As the second-largest cable internet provider and available to more than a third of U.S. households, Spectrum extends across many verticals, from residential and business solutions to their own network programming.
The Project
During my time at Haddad & Partners, my team operated as an in-house extension of their creative department. While their in-house team led marketing strategy, I partnered closely with them to design creative for seasonal campaigns, special offers, and new product launches, ensuring consistent, cross-platform messaging and delivery.
I also spearheaded Spectrum’s digital rebrand, developing a scalable, component-based design system for their website and optimizing e-commerce funnels.
Small Business Buy Flow
This buy flow is where Charter agents select and customize phone, internet, and TV orders for small business owners.
The existing buy flow was a patchwork of make-shift solutions on the backend and off-brand on the frontend.
As resources and timing shifted, we pivoted from a full redesign to a light re-skin. Our goal was to implement as many improvements as possible on the existing backend framework, without adding substantial development time.

Digital Marketing
From paid ads to seasonal landing pages, these digital marketing projects drove results through user-centered design and strategic messaging.
They exemplify cross-functional team collaboration (UX, copy, design, dev) in delivering impactful creative.
