I combine human-centered design with analytics-driven marketing strategy to build brands that connect with people.

Select Work

Microsoft

As a top Fortune 100 company, Microsoft is a household name in software, cloud services, and consumer electronics.
I led their enterprise digital campaigns, seeking out human-first stories in a data-driven world. Starting with market research and defining strategy, my team turned complex narratives into simple, compelling stories of how users digitize their workflows.
These international, multi-channel campaigns were so successful that our partnership with Microsoft expanded into three more lines of business.

Zendo

Zendo was a tech startup designing home automation products to customize your smart home.
Market research revealed our users’ need for home security—without the confusing technical jargon or ominous, futuristic designs. I established our visual brand system with calming imagery, simple language, and minimalistic layouts to evoke the same peace of mind the products provided. Positioned for a global launch, I led our cross-functional team through designing product packaging, creating the e-commerce site, conducting beta testing—and everything in between.
Zendo was consolidated into Alarm.com in 2016.

Chewy

An online retailer with a passion for pets, Chewy’s mission is to deliver the best pet products with the best customer service.
As the first design lead at this early-stage startup, I redefined our brand system and led marketing efforts across sales campaigns, paid marketing, CRM and social. I scaled our in-house capabilities while ensuring we were telling a cohesive brand story with every campaign, while optimizing for conversion.
Shortly after I left, Chewy was acquired by PetSmart in 2017 for $3.35 billion.

LightBox

LightBox combines geographical, spatial, and commercial data into a single platform to inform real estate decisions. With a growing roster of recent acquisitions, their vision and product offering were progressive—their brand was not.
I led a series of strategy workshops to develop their market position, restructure their brand hierarchy, and redesign their brand. Their refreshed brand visuals and messaging portrayed the technology-driven, data-forward market leader they are.
With their newly launched digital presence, they are beating past metrics by rapidly acquiring new customers and topping previous engagement and performance numbers.
